Paradise Baggage Return Policy

We are happy to accept your return for refund, exchange, or store credit within 30 days of purchase. Purchases must be returned with all of the original packaging and in unused condition.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, regardless of service level. The only guarantied service level is UPS Next Day Air. If a delay occurs at that service level, a refund can be requested for the shipping fee.

Items not eligible for return are items marked “Final Sale” or “All Sales Final.” Special orders and personalized items are not eligible for return.

Cash or Check refunds are issued by the corporate office. Please allow up to two weeks to receive your refund.

Refunds are credited to the same form of payment used for the original purchase.
